  Information Management is responsible for
1. Developing and maintaining a campus administration and information system.
2. Implementing and maintaining campus Office Automation.
3. Maintaining an integrated database platform for the university.
4. Maintaining and coordinating the database server.
5. Planning and importing advanced technology software development.
6. Importing network security development technology.
7. Providing for the needs for the administration data services.
8. Planning and developing the admission systems for both the four-year and two-year colleges.

  Network System is responsible for
1. Designing and managing the structural of the campus network and Internet Protocol (IP).
2. Maintaining TANET and HINET connections.
3. Maintaining FTP, BBS, DNS, WWW, E-mail web server services.
4. Providing technical support service for software and hardware on campus.
5. Managing the dial-up service.
6. Managing students' dormitory network service.
7. Managing the campus server, classroom computers, and campus computer labs.
8. Providing internet and technical security services for the campus.

  Administrative & Consultancy Service is responsible for
1. Supporting administrative business & technological consultancy
2. Planning and carry out operations of campus information security
3. Maintaining and managing computer labs
4. Planning and managing the maintenance of computer facilities
5. Holding workshops on Information system applications
6. Planning the measurements of computing facilities for purchasing
7. Planning schemes for boosting students' and faculty's information capabilities
8. Planning and constructing unit websites and upgrading STUT's internet ranking
9. Managing and promoting My-Learning system
10. Providing consultancy and service on authorized software.
